What is an OTG file? An OTG file is a drawing template created by various vector graphics applications, such as OpenOffice Draw and LibreOffice Draw. It contains a drawing with content and a layout Draw users can replicate to create .ODG drawings. OTG files are saved in a file package in the OASIS OpenDocument standard with XML formatting.
