What is an IPLB file? Library file created by iPhoto, an image organizer and editor; contains data referenced by iPhoto's Library feature; not meant to be manually opened.
More Information iPhoto organizes images you import and enables you to edit and crop them. Some editing features include enhancing, red-eye removal, and retouching. iPhoto can also hold videos but cannot edit them. NOTE: iPhoto was discontinued and replaced by Photos in 2015.
