What is an SKETCH file? A SKETCH file is a vector graphic created by Sketch, a graphic design program available primarily for macOS. It contains a mock-up of an application icon or user interface (UI) design. SKETCH files are comprised of one or more layers of shapes, symbols, images, and/or text.

How to open an SKETCH file
You can open a SKETCH file in Sketch (Mac). To do so, select File → Open Local Document... from Sketch's menu bar. Then, navigate to and open your SKETCH file.
