What is a VZM file? A VZM file is a message backup file created by Verizon Messages or Verizon Message+, which are text messaging apps provided to Verizon wireless users. It contains a record of one or more messages sent or received through Messages or Message+. VZM files are XML files, so you can open them and view their contents in any text editor.
