More Information OmniOutliner templates enable you to save styles, themes, and information in order to replicate the same content and appearance in other documents. They can be used for various purposes, such as making a to-do list, creating a meeting agenda, taking notes, tracking expenses, and writing screenplays, and planning events. To create an OO3TEMPLATE, select File → Save As Template... . To export an OO3TEMPLATE file, select File → Export... and choose the OmniOutliner 3 Template file format. To import an OO3TEMPLATE file, select File → Open... . NOTE: The OO3TEMPLATE file was introduced in version 3 of OmniOutliner. It is not compatible with OmniOutliner 2 or earlier.
