What is a QBA.TLG file? File created by QuickBooks, an application used for entering and storing financial data; contains a log of transactions that have been entered since the last backup of the .QBA file.
More Information The QBA.TLG file is created during the backup as long as you have set a verification level. There are three verify options: Complete Verification - The recommended option, if you select it, QuickBooks will check your file for any problems. It takes a little longer than other options but is more thorough. Quicker Verification - Selecting this option will have QuickBooks check only the most vital parts of your company file. This option is not as thorough as the Complete Verification. No Verification - By selecting this option QuickBooks will quickly back up a file but is not comprehensive. This option will not create a QBA.TLG file . NOTE: If you accidentally lose data, your most recent backup and the QBA.TLG file can be used by Technical Support to recover your data.
