What is a QPF file? Project file created by Quartus II, a program for analyzing and optimizing HDL (Hardware Description Language) designs; includes data related to a single design analysis project; also contains information about the current version of the Quartus II software and all the revisions created for the project.
More Information To create a QPF file, select File → Export as QuickPad file... from the QuickPad application menu. NOTE: Since QPF files do not use a user-specified password when they are encoded, two QPF files with the same document text contain the same encoded data.
