More Information To save a compiled script (a SCPTD file), follow these steps: Select File → Save . Choose your desired location to save the file. When the window opens, select "script" from the File Format pop-up menu. Name your script (should have the SCPTD file extension) and select Save . When saving the SCPTD file you can select the Run Only option so the compiled script will run when you double-click it. But if you select this option you will not be able to edit it again. NOTE: The SCPTD file is the saved compiled version of the .SCPT file.
