What is an XR file? An XR file contains a 3D scene in the Xuver 3D graphics format that is created by a Xuver plugin or converter. It can be uploaded to the Xuver online platform to view the 3D model in a virtual environment that you can walk through as an avatar and preview designs with clients.
More Information Xuver plugins are available for the SketchUp, Revit, and ARCHICAD applications. Xuver also provides a converter for .IFC files. The Xuver online platform can be accessed using a web browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. After converting a model to the XR file format using the plugin or converter, you can upload the XR file by following the steps in the wizard included with the plugin or converter. Or you can simply drag and drop the XR file in the Xuver online tool in a web browser. After uploading the XR file, you can modify various aspects of the model, such as light, shadow, and material settings. NOTE: The Xuver online platform is only available as a subscription service.
