More Information To create a ZSPLIT file, drag and drop your file into the application. You can also select File → Open... , navigate to your file, and click Open . After you open your file, select "Split," and choose "ZIP" compression. Specify the chunk size you want the file split in to (KB, MB, or GB), do not check the "Checksum" box, and click "Finish." To open (combine) a ZSPLIT file, double-click the file and select "Combine." From here, you can open or export your file. NOTE: The ZSPLIT file appears as a compound extension.
