Software Overview

Electronic Arts SimCity 4 is a city-building and urban planning simulation game. It is the fourth installment in the SimCity series, along with SimCity, SimCity 2000, and SimCity 3000.

The game allows you to build your city from the ground up. You can form the land where you want to build your city, customize the day/night cycle, and control disasters and the areas they affect. When building your city, several advisors provide advice for how to manage the city, which includes everything from public utilities to transportation networks to educational and medical facilities. You can also create your own sims that work and live in your city.

SimCity 4 is a fun city-building simulation game that is full of features. The game allows you to create your own city while simulating natural disasters, building decay, and the sims' public opinion of your decisions. While some the graphics may be dated now (the game has been out since 2003), the game is still worth a play for its fun features and interactive gameplay.
