More Information HOMM3 LOD files are commonly seen with the filenames H3bitmap.lod and H3sprite.lod . NOTE: LOD files are also used by the Heroes Chronicles, a game similar to HOMM3 that was also released by 3DO. The 3DO company sold all Heroes of Might and Magic series products to Ubisoft. Loki Software released a ported Linux version of HOMM3.
