What is a DOCHTML file? A DOCHTML file is an HTML version of a document created with Microsoft Word, a word processing productivity application. More Information Microsoft Word no longer supports the DOCHTML format. Instead of saving documents as DOCHTML files, you can now save them as .MHTML and .MHT files, which are more widely supported. To create a webpage version of your document in Word 365, select File → Save As , then choose the "Single File Web Page (*.mht, *.mhtml)" option from the dropdown menu. You can also choose to save your document as an .HTM or .HTML file.
