What is a PPTHTML file? A PPTHTML file is an HTML version of a .PPT file created with Microsoft PowerPoint, a program used for creating presentations. It contains HTML that can be used to display the presentation with formatting similar to the original PPT file. PPTHTML files are primarily used for viewing published presentations in a web browser.
More Information Microsoft PowerPoint no longer supports the PPTHTML format. Instead of saving documents as PPTHTML files, you can share presentations online by selecting Slide Show → Present Online in PowerPoint 365. This option allows you to publish your presentation online where others can view it in a web browser.
