After logging a record of your web traffic in Fiddler, you can save that record as an SAZ file. SAZ files are Zip-compressed archives that may be password-protected or encrypted. They contain a human-readable record of your web traffic (saved in an .HTM file), metadata (saved in an .XML file), and a raw folder. The raw folder contains .TXT and XML files representing saved web sessions.

How to open a SAZ file
You can open an SAZ file and view the data it contains in all versions of Fiddler (multiplatform). To do so, open Fiddler and select File → Import Sessions... . In some versions of Fiddler, you may instead have to click an Import Sessions button.
You can also import SAZ files into Progress Test Studio for APIs (Windows), using that program's Import Sessions button.
If necessary, you can also rename a SAZ file to use the .ZIP extension and open it as you would any Zip archive.
