What is a BMK file? Backup file created by BillMinder, a personal bill reminder application for iOS devices; saves an encrypted backup that contains a snapshot of a user's data; enables the bill reminder information to be restored in the application.
More Information Microsoft introduced WinHelp in Windows 3.0 in 1990. The WinHelp browser allowed you to look up help documentation about the operating system and related applications. Microsoft then replaced WinHelp with Windows Help in 2009. When viewing a help document in Windows Help, you can mark a particular area of interest that you want to return to in a document. When you create the bookmark, Windows Help saves the location in the help document in the BMK file. NOTE: Microsoft discontinued Windows Help when it released Windows 10 in 2015.
