What is a PR file? A PR file is a project created by Source Insight 3, a source code editor. It contains session state information for the project workspace and links to source files associated with the project.

More Information PR files are created by version 3 of Source Insight to store projects. When you save a project as a PR file in Source Insight 3 the PR file is stored in the following directory: My Documents\​Source Insight\​Projects The PR file format was replaced by the SIPROJ file format in version 4 of Source Insight. However, you can still open PR projects in version 4 of Source Insight by selecting Project → Open Project... . The project is saved in the new SIPROJ format while the original PR file remains unedited.
