File created by FMAT 8100 HTS System, a program used to analyze human cells; contains the parameters that were used for the analysis of scanned plates; data obtained through the analysis parameters is held in the .CXR file.

NOTE: The CXP file is located in the numbered plate subfolder inside the "Analysis" folder along with corresponding CXR files.

To view the data in a CXR file, select File → View Plates in Helper (the file will then open in Excel if you have linked Excel in the FMAT software options).

NOTE: The CXR file is named according to the plate name. For example, the first plate CXR file would be named Plate001.cxr .
