An INC file may also be a settings file used by Ghisler Total Commander, a file manager for Windows. It contains plain text data that defines how Total Commander functions and appears. Total Commander contains two INC files, totalcmd.inc and wcmicons.inc . Neither file is meant to be manually opened or edited.

Total Commander is a Windows File Explorer alternative that allows users to locate, copy, move, delete, pack, unpack, and compare files. Total Commander users can choose from a number of configuration options that determine how the program looks and functions. To access these options, users select Configuration → Options... from Total Commander's menu bar.
The settings a user selects in Total Commander's Configuration window are saved to the program's two INC files. Totalcmd.inc contains a record of almost all of a user's configuration settings, except their toolbar icon settings. Those settings are saved in wcmicons.inc .
How to open an INC file
Total Commander's INC files are not meant to be opened. If you want to adjust Total Commander's settings, open the program and select Configuration → Options... .
