You can open an MHM file with MakeHuman (multiplatform). You can also open an MHM file with Blender (multiplatform) after installing the MPFB (MakeHuman Plug-in for Blender) add-on. Remember that for the model your MHM file contains to appear correctly, you must possess all the assets your MHM file references, and they must be stored in the locations listed in the file.
You can also open an MHM file in Microsoft Notepad (Windows), Apple TextEdit (Mac), or any other text editor to view the plain text data it contains.

An MHM file may also be a macro recorded using the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center. It is used to automatically perform a task in Windows or a Windows program, such as Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel. To execute the macro an MHM file contains, you must own a Microsoft mouse and/or keyboard, and you must use Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center to associate your MHM file with a mouse or keyboard button.
