More Information SEARCH-MS files save users the overhead of repeating the search process. This helps particularly with slow searches. However, SEARCH-MS files are not updated when new files are created in Windows. Therefore, use discretion when relying on them for search information. NOTE: Windows does not display the ".search-ms" extension on SEARCH-MS files. However, you may view the extension in the file properties window by right clicking the file and selecting "Properties" from the drop down list.
