What is a SIG file? A SIG file is a small text file that can be automatically attached to the end of e-mail messages. It contains the sender's name and email address. SIG files are supported by most email programs and can be selected from within the "Create New" message window.

Only versions 15-23.1 of The Print Shop and versions 16-18.1 of PrintMaster support the SIG file. The Print Shop 2.0 uses the .PSPROJ extension and PrintMaster 2.0 and later uses the .PMX extension. You cannot import SIG files from version 23.1 or older of The Print Shop or version 18.1 or older from PrintMaster into the newer versions.

A SIG file is similar to a .BMP file and is designed to be imported into other programs, such as Duxbury Braille Translator and Duxbury MegaDots, in order to complement text. You can import the file into a Duxbury .DXB file using the Duxbury Braille Translator. Once the SIG file is imported into the Duxbury document it can no longer be edited.
NOTE: Duxbury MegaDots has been discontinued.
