What is a XAF file? XML file created by the 3ds Max modeling and animation software; contains motion information for a biped, which is a model with two-feet; enables modelers to accurately capture human and creature movements for video games, movies, and other 3D animations.
More Information XAF files can be reused across multiple biped models. They can also be included in a 3ds Max Motion Mixer mix ( .MIX file), which allows animators to composite an animation on a multi-track timeline.
