Software Overview

SoftMaker Office HD: TextMaker BASIC is the Android version of the TextMaker desktop program included in the SoftMaker Office suite. It is primarily used to edit and save data from Word files.

Office HD: TextMaker BASIC supports the .DOCX and .DOC files without losing content or formatting. The app enables you to edit the document while providing real-time spell check, various character and paragraph formatting options, and image insertion from your device's photo gallery and built-in camera. Some other notable features include the ability to insert and edit footnotes and endnotes, work with tracked changes and comments, and view documents in print view or draft mode.

Office HD: TextMaker BASIC is a handy tool for working with DOCX and DOC files on an Android device and provides much of the same functionality as the desktop version of TextMaker. While the Android version of Word is better, SoftMaker Office HD: TextMaker BASIC is a nice alternative, especially if you are already using the desktop version.
