What is a GS0 file? Saved state file created by Sega Genesis emulators such as Kega Fusion and Gens/GS; allows the user to resume the game from the specific point in time that the state was saved; used as one of 10 slots (*.gs0 - *.gs9).
More Information NOTE: Kega Fusion stores custom save states (non-quick slot states) with the .GSX extension.
