What is a MILK file? A MILK file is a preset file used by MilkDrop, a music visualization plug-in available for Winamp. It contains text-based settings that control how MilkDrop visualizes music. MILK files can also be used with projectM, another music visualization application, and the Windows version of VideoLAN VLC media player.

How to open a MILK file
To use a MILK file with MilkDrop or projectM, you must place the file in the programs' presets folder (or whichever folder you use to store presets). Then, you can select the MILK file as a preset in MilkDrop or projectM.
