What is a PIDS file? A PIDS file is a scan data file created by Snap-on diagnostic and information system tools, such as Verus Pro, Zeus, and Verdict. It contains data in XML format from a vehicle scan, including brake and fuel pump status, barometric pressure, engine speed, and valve timing.
