What is an MPROJECT file? An MPROJECT file is a project plan created in ProjectWizards Merlin Project or Merlin Project Express, project management programs available for macOS and iOS. It contains a number of component files, including .SQL , .TXT . and .PNG files, used to save and load a project plan in Merlin Project or Project Express. MPROJECT files replaced .MERLIN2 files when Merlin Project replaced Merlin.

How to open an MPROJECT file
You can open an MPROJECT file in Merlin Project (Mac, iOS) or Merlin Project Express (Mac). In the Mac version of Merlin Project and Merlin Project Express, you can open an MPROJECT file by selecting File → Open... from the program's menu bar. In the iOS version of Merlin Project, you can open an MPROJECT file by selecting the + icon.
