What is an SHC file? Settings file used by Adobe Photoshop, a professional graphics editing program; contains a library of contours, which shape the appearance of an effect when creating custom layer styles; used for saving and loading contours, which are made available in the Layer Style dialog from the Layer → Layer Style menu options.
