A TCR file may also be a document published by TouchMagix Creative Suite, a program used for editing applications that are deployed to TouchMagix interactive human motion systems. It is saved in a proprietary format and can be run only by the TouchMagix Creative Player.

TCR files are used for saving mock-ups called "creatives" for clients. These creatives allow clients to try out the application using mouse motion instead of human motion so that they can test the program before it is deployed to the full interactive wall or display.
TCR files are created from .TED files.
