What is an ECP file? Project file created by easyC, a drag-and-drop programming environment for programming Vex robots; stores robot logic and commands as a series of visual blocks in a flowchart; can be compiled by easyC and then uploaded to a Vex robot, which executes the instructions.

More Information EasyC is used in educational settings to teach students fundamentals in design and programming. The visual design interface allows interaction at the visual level instead of at the syntax level. For more advanced users, easyC also exposes the ability to program in the C language. NOTE: ECP files are saved in a plain text format. They are used by easyC V2 and cannot be imported by easyC V4.
