More Information In order to create the MCMAC file, export your MasterCook file in "Mac Format," then add the MCMAC extension. To import the MCMAC file: Open the MacGourmet application. Select File → Import... , select "MasterCook Mac" from the Format drop down menu, select file, and click Import .
