A CBG file may also be a network bandwidth data file created by Neon Software CyberGauge, a program for monitoring device and bandwidth utilization. It contains data collected from network devices, such as routers and servers. Neon Software no longer develops CyberGauge.

More Information

Before being discontinued, CyberGauge was released in the 1990s and used throughout the 2000s. It came with tools for monitoring devices and visualizing and analyzing usage reports. It worked with SNMP-enabled devices, including routers, gateways, printers, and servers. CyberGauge saved data as CBG files that users could archive or share with other users.

How to open a CBG file

You can only open CBG files with Neon Software CyberGauge. However, Neon Software no longer develops CyberGauge.
