What is a PREL file? Video project created with Adobe Premiere Elements, a non-linear video editing program for Windows; contains a timeline, multiple audio and video tracks, video effects, and other settings; includes references to audio and video files rather than then media itself.
More Information NOTE: PREL files may be imported by Adobe Premiere Pro CS4, but are not recognized by earlier versions of Premier Pro. Premiere Elements is similar to Premiere Pro, but does not include some advanced features.
